Just a short note to let you know how much I enjoy the Serafit Running and Bootcamp Programs.  The flexible times for work outs and good variety of locations has allowed me to acheive great success in meeting my goal to get in shape.  I prefer the 6 to 7 am workouts because my energy level is higher first thing in the morning, and it is nice to have the option to attend an evening class if I were to miss a morning one.  Your expertise as a coach has inspired me to train for my second 10K run with my 22 year old daughter this summer.  It has been great meeting new friends at Serafit, sharing some common goals and having fun.  Thanks Phil!!

Phil Sera has been my personal trainer for the past three years. He is a well-qualified, knowledgeable, caring but firm instructor who has helped to keep me a fit and healthy person who is in her early seventies.

Early this year, an injury to my right hip caused the artery feeding the femur to die and the bone to crumble. Phil changed my training programme to compensate for the considerable pain I was suffering. As a result, when I had hip replacement surgery in March of this year, I made an unusually quick recovery because he had been able to maintain my good physical condition.

Thanks to Phil, I am able to work out at a level which is beyond some others who are half my age and to lead an active and healthy life.

Hi Phil,

I just wanted to take a minute to write and tell you how much I have enjoyed your stroller-fit classes.  I really appreciated that you made allowances and adjustments for all of our different physical needs and levels.  My leg strength has improved tremendously since doing the classes and my husband has noticed a flatter tummy too.

Your enthusiasm and ability to motivate a class of post-natal women is very impressive and your skills at holding a couple of crying kids at the same time is perhaps even more impressive!!

Liam and I are looking forward to the Sun Run stroller classes in the new year – it will be just what I need after our trip back to Europe and all the culinary indulgences we’ll be enjoying over the Christmas break.

I am very happy to write this testimonial for Phil Sera.  I have been attending Phil’s Serafit Bootcamp for the last six weeks.  I have been diagnosed with chronic low-grade depressive disorder and lack of motivation is a common presentation of this disease.  Phil’s versatile exercise program, his commitment to the health and welfare of each of the participants, his unflagging, good humour and encouragement, and his trust that I will be responsible, not only to myself, but to him and my fellow participants, by showing up for sessions, has been the most critical factor in me choosing to join the Bootcamp and staying with it.  The difference in my physical and mental health is evident and my therapist considers it a worthwhile program to continue.  Which I am definitely going to do!  I strongly recommend that particular program or any of the many others Phil Sera and Serafit have to offer.
