About Phil Sera
Phil Sera brings more than fifteen years of professional experience as an outdoor educator and fitness instructor to each of his clients. Phil became a certified personal trainer after a life-changing car accident forced him to rebuild his strength and motivation with the help of rehabilitation therapists.
Now, having been through his own rehabilitation journey, Phil enables his clients to find the patience, perseverance and determination they need to make positive fitness and lifestyle changes.
Phil specializes in working with people who require customized fitness training. His specialty client groups include people living with chronic illness such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
Phil also works with people who are new to exercise and struggling to find the motivation to commit to their personal fitness goals. Being a person who enjoys participating in, and learning new sports, Phil works with many people training to improve at their specific sport, such as tennis, golf and running.
Phil’s philosophy is that fitness training can invigorate and enhance all aspects of life for everyone, regardless of their current condition, and that it’s always the right time to start training!
